Secure video consultation
Consultations take place via secure video conferencing that protects your privacy and confidentiality. You will receive detailed joining instructions and guidance on how to prepare when you book your appointment.
Minimal technical requirements
You need only a device with an internet connection, camera and microphone – a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop. The platform is user-friendly and works across all major operating systems.
Share records in advance
Before your appointment you will be given secure methods to share any relevant medical records, scan images or test results, so your consultation time is used for discussion and guidance rather than document review.
Care across time zones
Appointments can be scheduled to suit different time zones. Please note that the system books appointments in GMT/BST so you will have to adjust them for your local time. If there are no suitable appointments for you, please let Colette know and she will endeavour to find a suitable slot for you at a mutually convenient time.
